Living with Alzheimer's: Program Overview

This free, 3-part program, presented by ACCESS in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association and MCCFAD, is designed to empower family caregivers across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. We provide the tools you need to deliver exceptional care while prioritizing your own well-being.

Expert Care Strategies

Learn safe, effective techniques to manage symptoms and daily care needs.

Mental Health Support

Practical tools to reduce caregiver burnout and manage stress.

Cultural & Language Support

Culturally sensitive sessions addressing community-specific needs, available in Arabic and English.

Flexible Learning

1 weekly session for 3 weeks offered In-Person or Virtually to fit your schedule.

Holistic Resources

Direct access to the EXHALE Caregiver Group and broader ACCESS services, including mental health and social support.

The EXHALE Caregiver Support Program

Beyond the initial training, we invite you to join a community that understands your journey. Through a partnership between ACCESS and The Senior Alliance, the EXHALE Caregiver Support Program provides a warm and welcoming space to meet twice a month for relief, guidance, and essential resources.
